anclo is excited to open a pop-up store in Levi from December to the end of March, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team. If you have a passion for fashion, retail management experience, and love a seasonal work environment, we’d love to have you on board!

Position: Store Manager
Location: Levi Pop-Up Store
Employment Period: December 2024 - March 2025
Hours: Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and stock management.
• Handle store reporting, budgeting, and coordinate with anclo’s management team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a store manager or in a similar role in retail.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Finnish or English (both languages are a plus).
